Help me climb these mountains.

In August, I will be participating in the 5th Annual Timmerman Traverse benefitting Life Science Cares as part of an intrepid group of hikers who will cover 20 miles of trails on back-to-back day hikes in the North Cascade Mountains. And I live at sea level, so hiking isn't part of my normal fitness routine!

Life Science Cares mobilizes the life science industry to give time, talent and treasure to the most vulnerable people in our communities. From delivering short-term basics such as food and shelter, to innovative programs that uplift people over the long-term, such as STEM education and paid internships for low-income students.

My Why...
I dedicated close to 30 years of my professional life to the life sciences industry and am passionate about empowering people to achieve economic mobility through workforce development, access to education and healthcare, and addressing social determinants of health. Life Science Cares is the intersection of my past and present, providing critical programming support where it is most needed for a better future.
